The Dean’s Suite in Building 3 serves as a highly visible space on campus, supporting multiple departments while functioning as the primary workspace for campus leadership. A generous donor made it possible to reimagine the suite and better align the space with the needs of its users.

The existing footprint was reconfigured to take advantage of underutilized areas and maximize access to natural light and campus views. Private offices were updated with height-adjustable workstations, while additional meeting spaces, collaboration areas, and lounge seating were incorporated throughout the suite. The result is a more flexible and efficient environment that supports both daily operations and a variety of meetings, events, and campus visitors.

Located in the heart of downtown San Luis Obispo, this historic three-story building was renovated to support Cal Poly Alumni Outreach and Gift Planning. The existing structure presented several challenges, including preserved fireplaces, cast iron ovens, and aging interior finishes that required careful planning throughout the design process.

Working closely with the property management team, the space was furnished to support the needs of staff while maintaining the character of the building. The result is a functional workplace that provides employees with a unique downtown environment while preserving the historic features that make the building distinctive.

The new Tennis Clubhouse was created to support the growing needs of the tennis program while providing a space for recruiting, team meetings, donor engagement, and match-day events. Located adjacent to the courts, the clubhouse offers clear views of the matches and allows visitors to remain connected to the activity on the court.

Flexibility was a key consideration throughout the space. Lounge seating, collaboration areas, and a private conference room allow the clubhouse to support a variety of functions throughout the year. The result is a multi-purpose facility that enhances the experience for student-athletes, coaches, recruits, and supporters.

Casa Pacifica acquired a new office in Goleta, CA and needed a functional workspace that aligned with their existing locations. As a nonprofit organization operating with limited funds and an accelerated schedule, the team needed to be fully moved into the space within three weeks.

To meet both budget and timeline requirements, repurposed furniture from a previous client was incorporated into the design. The furniture was in excellent condition and allowed the project to maintain the intended layout while providing workstations, private office furniture, and storage throughout the space. The result was a cost-effective solution that delivered a fully functional office on schedule and under budget while extending the life of quality furnishings that would have otherwise gone unused.
